No. My process is about changing your relationship with substances and with yourself. The focus is on building identity, routines and purpose that naturally reduce reliance on alcohol or drugs.
Each session is personal to you. We may explore patterns, shift limiting beliefs, build new routines or use hypnotherapy techniques. The aim is always to strengthen change and move you closer to the life you want.
The Freedom Blueprint is a 3-month process with weekly coaching calls, resources and community support.
Yes. Bespoke 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions are included and used when they will best support your progress.
